2. Lawyer Review
An independent, licensed lawyer reviews your request and may reach out for clarification.
All communications are handled directly between you and the lawyer.
3. Fee Discussion
The lawyer explains:
• The scope of the proposed legal service
• Applicable professional fees
You are free to accept or decline. There is no obligation.
Niellégal does not process payments for legal advice or legal services.
All fees are agreed and paid directly between you and the lawyer.
4. Receive Legal Advice
If you proceed, the lawyer provides the agreed legal advice or service directly to you, in accordance with applicable professional rules and ethical obligations.
